Two-Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

Just banana and oats. No sugar, no flour, no excuses.

This recipe is my definition of “lazy but healthy.”
It’s the one I make when I’m craving something sweet but don’t want to spend time measuring or cleaning up.
Two ingredients, five minutes of mixing, and you’ve got warm cookies that actually make sense for real life.

Ingredients
Steps
  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add oats and mix until combined.
  3. Shape small cookies with your hands or a spoon.
  4. Bake at 180 °C / 350 °F for about 10–15 minutes, until slightly golden.
Notes
  • If you want extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a spoon of peanut butter.
  • Around 70 kcal per cookie if you keep it simple.
  • Perfect as a snack or breakfast on the go.
  • Store them in the fridge — they stay soft and chewy.
